-DATE AND PLACE OF BIRTH: 17 July 1941, Santiago de Chile.

-DIVORCED, Three children, nine grandchildren, one grand grandson.

-DUAL CITIZENSHIP: Chilean and Spanish.

-LANGUAGES: Spanish, can read and converse in English, some
 knowlodge of French, Italian, Portuguese and Russian.

-EDUCATION: University of Chile, Faculty of Economics from 1967 to 1971.

-DEGREES: Bachelor of Economic Sciences, Accountant Auditor, Business
 Administrator and Licentiate in Economics Sciences with Mention in Administration.
-Received Highest Distinction Award.
-Completed the 5 ½ year programme in 4 ½ years.

-Attended numerous professional seminars on Taxation, Finance,
 Psychology, Religion, International Politics, History, Marketing, International
 Trade, etc...

-MEMBER of Bolivarian Society; Scientific Society of Chile and Rotary Club.

-HOBBIES: Walking, Playing Chess and Learning.
-Travel to about 60 countries on 5 continents.
-Enough income from investments for living expenses.
-Assisted in organizational activities for various non-profit Organizations.

                       
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

-One of the largest Meat Wholesale Distributors from 1960 to 1975 in
 Santiago, Chile.
-General Manager and main stockholder of Ganadera and Commercial
 “EMPRESA” S. A. Santiago, Chile 1967 – 1984.
 Professor in Marketing and Administration, University of Chile, during 1977.
-Board member of Chilean Telephone Co. from 1979-1982.
-Defended the minority shareholders of Chilean Companies and small savings
 account holders, 1974 – 1984.
-Denounced Corruption or mismanagement in government, public enterprises
 and in the financial, commercial and judicial systems 1975 – 1992.
-Undertaking research in world economical and financial markets, commodities and derivatives from 1990 up to the present date.
- Created and promoted from 1998 to the present date, a Global Education Project, submitted to UNESCO by the Delegations of Monaco in 2005 and the Chile in 2008, which will radically improve the Quality of Education and Language Learning at a cost of less than US$ 1. (1 dollar) per year per student.  http://bettereducationforall.org

-Protection of the rights of consumers, investors, small savings account
 holders and the poor.

 different fields and products, e. g. distribution of subsidies to poor people in
 Public services and others.
-How to create jobs.
-How to improve the tax system and eliminate tax evasion.
-How to improve the judicial system.
-Advantages of the integration of Latin American countries, etc. etc…

                                             FUTURE PLANS

1.   To serve God as a good human being.
2.   To help poor People to get education and health, and
3.   To try to improve ethics in the political, financial and judicial systems in the
      world, through the creation of prizes, publications, etc…
